Supernurse – digitisation for a good cause

The starting point

Supernurse, an association that enables nurses to take part in humanitarian assignments, traditionally managed its finances — income such as participation fees and donations, and expenses such as reimbursements and operating costs — with a manual, paper-based system.

The goal was to fully digitise this error-prone process. The board needed a solution that would minimise processing time, keep financial flows transparent, and ensure full compliance for the annual audit. Ultimately, the time and resources saved were to be reinvested directly into the association’s core mission.

The solution
